Spallacci Group is proud to lead the development of the St. Elizabeth Private Seminary located on Hamilton’s West Mountain, backing onto the Bishop A. Tonnos Park.
This 13,000-square foot project is a 2.5 storey building, comprised of 12 guest rooms, that will serve the St. Elizabeth Home Society.

The awards were presented to members of the Spallacci Group team at the annual Awards of Distinction dinner hosted by the Hamilton-Halton Home Builders Association at Liuna Station in Hamilton.
Our company is proud of both awards for the Sales Office and Model Suite (The Aberdeen) as it recognizes the hard work, attention to detail and passion that was devoted in restoring the once historic lobby of the grand Royal Connaught Hotel into this breathtaking Sales office and Model suite.
The recognition received on this project is telling of the success of the project as well as proof that The Residences of Royal Connaught is a catalyst in the revitalization of our great City and downtown core.
